Today we would be talking about the importance of Sports and the benefits that could be derived from it.
Some people majorly the elderly ones, think that when kids engage in sports, it's a total waste of time but such a way of thinking should be wiped out.  As a matter of fact, it helps these kids to mature and grow. A study found out that kids that engage in sports grow up to have leadership traits in them.

Team sports on the other hand can help teach adolescents and older people accountability, leadership, dedication and even organizational, goal-setting, determination skills.
Sports require memorization, repetition and learning and these are skills that can be used in our everyday life. These activities requires teaming up with strangers and having and setting a common goal and then, fighting together as a unit to achieve it, hence these skills are learnt.
Sports should not be seen as a waste of time but seen as a learning process.
Sports should be seen as a hobby, pick one you can enjoy and start doing it and it will change your life.
